Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 2 days of package purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 2% of the storage.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your package details and the reason for your refund request.
1) Prepare details
Order ID, plan, registered email/phone.
2) Email support
Write to support@daansefy.atgotek.in.
3) Review & update
We’ll assess eligibility and confirm next steps.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted packages.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals anytime from your account billing page. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the above eligibility criteria are met.
